Covers US and Mexico clearance. Varies by commodity, FDA/USDA notifications, and red-light/exam inspections — quoted up from standard.

Shipping multiple times a month? Ask about volume discounts.

Regular monthly lanes get better pricing. Talk to us about your volume.

Freight above is full-truckload, per lane, each direction. Customs brokerage coordination is the separate $500 standard line shown above (US + MX clearance); it excludes import duties and taxes, and a single-entry or continuous customs bond if you don't already have one.

LTL and partial loads: not shown here — request a quote.

Rates may adjust with fuel and carrier pricing. Published rates are for standard pallets up to 3,500 lbs each.

Other rates may apply. We review your shipping documents and approve the commodity for customs before booking.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We publish a flat rate for every lane. For example, Monterrey to Laredo starts at $1,875 all-in, which includes the full-truckload freight and our $500 export customs brokerage coordination. Rates rise with distance — Querétaro, Guadalajara, Mexico City and Puebla are higher. See the full rate card for every hub.

The full-truckload line-haul between the Mexico hub and our Laredo crossing, plus a flat $500 export customs brokerage coordination fee on the Mexico-to-US direction. It does not include import duties or taxes, or a single-entry or continuous customs bond if you don't already have one — those depend on your goods and are quoted separately. Published rates are for standard pallets up to 3,500 lbs each.

Yes. The published export lanes include customs brokerage coordination so your shipment moves and crosses on one flat number. For the Laredo-to-Mexico (import) direction we quote customs separately, since Mexican import requirements vary by commodity.

Yes. If you're shipping multiple times a month, regular lanes get better pricing — tell us your volume and we'll work it into the rate. Other rates may also apply once we review your shipping documents and approve the commodity for customs.

These published rates are for full truckloads (FTL). We move LTL and partial shipments too — request a quote and we'll price it for your pallet count and lane. Instant LTL pricing is coming as we connect carrier rate feeds.

We review them with our carriers on a regular cycle (typically monthly to quarterly) so the published numbers stay current. The transparent rate card is the same approach we use for our public warehousing.
