You'll need a commercial invoice and packing list to ship to our FTZ. We handle the 214 admission on our end. When it's time to release goods to Mexico, your customer's freight forwarder provides the 7512 for immediate export (IE), and we coordinate with them and your customer's Mexican broker for a smooth handoff.

There's no time limit on FTZ storage. Your goods can stay as long as needed—and as your business grows, we can scale with you by acquiring additional warehouse space to match your demand.

Absolutely. That's one of the biggest advantages. You can ship a single pallet when a customer needs it, or hold back the rest for their next order. Full flexibility to match your customers' production schedules.

Typically, your Mexican customer already has their own broker and freight forwarder—especially larger companies. They'll pick up from our Laredo warehouse and handle the IE export and Mexican import. We coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth releases. If your buyer needs help with Mexican customs brokerage, we can assist with that too.

We handle a wide range of manufacturing inputs: plastics, auto parts, mechanical components, electronic parts, raw materials—essentially anything destined for Mexican manufacturing plants. We also have cold storage with frozen temperatures down to 0°F. If it's coming from overseas and going to Mexico, we can store it.

FTZ offers more flexibility. In a bonded warehouse, goods must eventually be imported or exported within 5 years. In an FTZ, there's no time limit. You can also perform more value-added operations (kitting, assembly, repackaging) in an FTZ.

Yes, if needed. Most Mexican customers have their own freight forwarders pick up from our Laredo facility, but we can arrange logistics all the way to their facility in Monterrey, Saltillo, Querétaro, Mexico City, or anywhere else if they prefer.

Within days. Depending on your space requirements and any specific needs, we can typically get you operational within a few days to a week. We'll set you up in our system, provide shipping instructions, and you can start sending goods.
